These terms govern your use of the website and your purchase of any products from PrepareHQ. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Seller information & contact

Although we don’t display a full business address publicly to avoid spam, all official matters can be handled via our Contact Form on the site.
Our accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods indicated at checkout. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT.

2. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We will send you an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation.
We may accept orders for in-stock items immediately. For items on pre-order, we will clearly mark them as such. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and give you options.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on our website are in GBP and include UK VAT unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before your contract is formed.

4. Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of receiving stock from our supplier, and most UK orders arrive within 5-7 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. International delivery options will be introduced in due course.
Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number. You may be required to sign for delivery. If the courier attempts delivery and the parcel is returned to us, any re-delivery may incur a small charge.

5. Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. You may cancel a pre-order up until the point the product is shipped. Once shipped, the order is final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to food safety and hygiene standards.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our long-life freeze-dried food products, all sales are final once dispatched. We only accept returns or issue refunds if the goods arrive damaged or incorrect. If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form. Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it.

7. Product use & liability

Our products are designed for long-term storage and emergency preparedness. They should be stored in cool, dry conditions and used by the stated best-before date (up to 25 years when stored correctly).
We make no warranty beyond that implied by law, and we are not liable for delays in delivery, misuse of the product, or any indirect losses.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version. The version effective at the time of your order applies to that order.
