For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once food products have left our facility, they cannot be returned or resold. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Are purchases final sale?
Yes — due to the nature of long-life food storage, all purchases are final sale. We maintain strict safety and freshness standards, so we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on location and courier service. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
As we expand internationally, delivery times outside the UK will vary by destination.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our freeze-dried meals are made in the UK using non-GMO ingredients. Each tin is carefully sealed and tested to guarantee freshness, taste, and a 25-year shelf life when stored correctly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and location. We currently deliver across the UK, with plans to expand to international customers soon. Orders over a set value may qualify for discounted or free delivery.
