Shipping & Delivery Information
At PrepareHQ, we aim to deliver your order securely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Please note:
- In some cases, we first receive stock from our supplier before dispatch (typically an additional 1–3 business days)
- During busy periods or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer
- If any item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss next steps
Delivery Methods
Delivery method depends on the size and total weight of your order.
We use:
- Courier delivery for small to medium orders
- Freight / pallet delivery for large or bulk orders
Large orders may be delivered in multiple boxes or on a pallet, depending on size and weight.
Shipping Costs & Large Orders (Important)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where possible.
However, due to the size and weight of some orders, automatic shipping rates are not always accurate.
Freight & Pallet Deliveries
- Orders over a certain size or weight may require freight or palletised delivery
- These orders may display “Freight delivery – quoted after checkout” at checkout
- Freight pricing depends on delivery location, access, and total shipment size
If this applies to your order, we will contact you promptly to confirm delivery options and costs before dispatch.
Delivery Partners & Tracking
Depending on order size and destination, we ship using trusted carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, or freight partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email or text where available.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
UK & EU Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
EU orders may be fulfilled from our European facility where available to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
Delivery times for EU orders may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returned or undeliverable shipments may incur a re-delivery charge.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or restocks
- All products are produced for long-term storage, and short delays may occasionally occur while fresh stock is prepared
- Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final sale due to food safety and hygiene regulations
