Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive stock from our supplier (usually another 1–3 business days). Most UK orders arrive within 4–6 business days total, though this can vary slightly depending on courier schedules and stock levels.

Delivery Partners
We ship via DPD, Royal Mail, or UPS, depending on order size and location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required upon delivery.

International Orders
We currently ship within the UK only, but we’re expanding soon to Europe and international destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and import regulations on food items.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Returned or undeliverable parcels may incur a small re-delivery fee.
