What we do

Make the options easier to compare

Compare the current food packs and review the recipes in each option. Eligible selections from one complete case with a food subtotal below £2,000 can be ordered online, subject to supplier confirmation. Food subtotals of £2,000 or more are handled by enquiry.

Payment after supplier confirmation. Your card is authorised when you order; your bank may show a temporary hold. We take payment after confirming your recipes with our supplier and contact you before making any changes.

How enquiries work

Confirm the details before deciding

Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or take payment. Supplier availability, final contents, shipping method, shipping cost and likely timing are confirmed before the final proposal and payment request.

Choose your cases

Make a mix from complete cases

Choose one or more complete recipe cases in Build Your Own and repeat a recipe if you wish. Delivery to eligible England, Scotland and Wales addresses is £50 for one or two cases and included from three. Northern Ireland needs an enquiry. Review your mix, then order online if eligible or send an enquiry.
